A 100-gram dark chocolate with 70-85% cocoa contains
Drinking chocolate recipes:
Normal:
1 oz (~30 grms) of chocolate heat to 8 oz of milk. Just heat and mix. I like blender better so it has foam.
Cold:
Mix 1 oz of chocolate to 2 oz of hot water, mix very well May be blend and in the blender add 1 cup of ice and blend.
I like it just with water if you want milk add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of ice, whisk or blend very well.
Thick:
Mix 1 oz of chocolate to 6 oz of milk (heavy cream taste better) mix very well and heat.
In a separate cup add 4 tablespoons of cold water and mix with 1/2 tablespoons of corn starch.
Now add the corn starch to the mixed hit chocolate and whisk and bring to boil until it
is thick and do not stop whisking until it grows,
Serve in cups and wait to cool abit. At this point you can add more cream based in your taste.
